Third-Party Integrations

  • Google Sheets/Drive: If you connect your Google account, SpendPadi may access, store, and write financial transaction logs to your connected spreadsheet(s).
  • WhatsApp: We receive the messages or voice notes you send to our official WhatsApp channel.

3. Financial Data

SpendPadi processes financial transaction details (including amounts, categories, notes, and dates) solely to provide you with expense tracking and reporting services.

  • We do not use this data for credit scoring, profiling, or advertising
  • We do not sell or rent your financial information
  • This data remains under your control, especially when stored in your own Google Sheets

We use your data to:

  • Process, analyze, and log expenses using AI
  • Provide you with instant reports and summaries of spending
  • Sync and update your Google Sheets or Drive if connected
  • Improve the accuracy and functionality of our service

If you choose to connect your Google Account, SpendPadi's use of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data We Access

  • Google Sheets files you explicitly select (read/write access)
  • Google Drive file metadata (only to locate and update the Sheets you choose)

How We Use This Data

  • To log your expenses from WhatsApp into your chosen Google Sheet
  • To update and organize expense records for accurate reporting

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your Google data with advertisers or other third parties
  • We do not use your Google data for advertising or marketing purposes
  • We only access the files you explicitly select and only for the purposes of providing SpendPadi's core functionality

User Control

You may revoke SpendPadi's access to your Google Account at any time by visiting your Google Account Permissions. Once revoked, we will no longer be able to access or update your Sheets/Drive data.
